Meet your broker

Hi, I'm Matt Blake.

I'm a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia. I help homeowners 55 and over understand their options in plain English, so they can make a clear decision with their family.

Because I'm a broker, not a lender, I compare CHIP and the other reverse mortgage options I'm appointed to offer, side by side.

I will tell you straight if a reverse mortgage is the wrong move for you.
