Who is responsible for your personal information

BRX Mortgage Inc. (brokerage licence X301291) is the organization responsible for personal information collected through reversemortgageinbc.ca. Head office: 710 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 5X5. Privacy contact for BRX Mortgage Inc.: ask@brxmortgage.com, (250) 276-1110. You can also reach Matt Blake, the mortgage broker who runs this site, at matt@mattblakemortgages.com or (778) 561-5837.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a free BC Equity Report, we collect your name, phone number, email, city, age range, whether you own your home outright or have a mortgage, approximate home value, and what the money is for (optional), plus your consent choice.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked. This site has the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Analytics 4 installed, and it also sends some events to Meta through the Meta Conversions API. Google Analytics 4 is linked to Google Ads for ads measurement. These tools use cookies or similar technology and process data outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not send your age, home value or mortgage details to Meta. When you submit a form, Meta receives the type of event (for example, a lead) and your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form so it can measure ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Details are in this policy; acknowledging the site cookie notice does not change your ability to refuse cookies in your browser.

Why we collect it

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing matt@mattblakemortgages.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect information we must keep by law.
